Tiger Fan Passes

Tiger Fan Passes allow FCHS students entry into all home, regular season FCHS Athletic events for one price of $65. The Tiger Fan Pass order form can be downloaded here, filled out at home, and brought to the downstairs Assistant Principal's office before or after school. Order forms are available in the downstairs Assistant Principal's office during the school day. The pass is over a $200 value.

The Fayette County Health Department now does sports physicals for Fayette County residents. The price is $40.00. Call 770-305-5416 for an appointment.
